Something the fermilab guys probably DON'T want their name plastered all over. This is one of the infamous "inner triplet" Quadrupoles (actually the Q1 at the ALICE pit), one of which went pop during a test quench. It isn't fair to be too hard on them though- apparently all 4 experiments breathed a sigh of relief when they heard they had a few extra months to finish off, without blame for the delay.
