Recently I have written a number of small applications to help me from day to day, I've improved them a little and they have found thier way here eventually. Please feel free to try them out, modify, send patches/suggestion etc. in spirit with the GPL,

Apotheke 0.2 - Patch for gnome 2.6

This patch allows apotheke 0.2 to compile under gnome2.6/nautilus. Apotheke is a CVS view for nautilus written by Jens Finke (http://apotheke.berlios.de/) To compile apotheke, you will need the new Diff and tar.gz

G-Winmount

G-Winmount lets you mount remote smb filesystems on your gnome2 desktop. You simply supply supply your samba credentials when prompted and the share appears as a folder on your desktop, you can then do all the normal file operations you want.

You may unmount the drive in the same manner by clicking the 'Unmount Network Share' script and it will unmount the folder and dissappear from your desktop

Please note, you will need to have the perl GTK module to use this program,
